PAYMENT
Lesson payments are made monthly prior to the student’s first class of the month via E-transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens, I get it. I just request that you give me at least 24 hours notice in writing via email or text if you need to cancel a lesson. If 24hrs notice is given, I will work with you to arrange an alternate day/ time that works for both of us to make up the lesson.
NO-SHOW APPOINMENTS
I will wait for 5 mins in the case the student is running late. I will then call the student using the contact number provided. If there is no answer, I will leave a message if possible. If the student does not show up within the first half of the scheduled lesson, the lesson will be forfeited, and will not be rebooked.
CANCELLATION BY ME
In the rare case that I am not able to teach a scheduled lesson due to illness, traffic, extreme weather, shoot/ audition schedule, etc., I will work with you to re-schedule a make-up lesson for a time that works for both of us.
DISCONTINUE LESSONS
If a student wishes to discontinue lessons, 30 days notice via email is required.
